Aussie Ark is seeking a part-time Fundraising & Office Administrator to support fundraising appeals, donor stewardship and donor database management. You will collaborate with the Finance and Fundraising team to process gifts, issue receipts and maintain records, while ensuring smooth office operations and strong supporter communications.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in fundraising or donor care, experience with CRM databases, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Formación

• At least 1 year of fundraising, donor relations or supporter care experience.
• Experience using a donor database (Raisely/Funraisin/Kindful or similar).
• Demonstrated administrative experience including managing inboxes, phones, and filing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional approach.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to work independently in a part-time schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Genuine interest in wildlife conservation and alignment with Aussie Ark's mission.
• Right to work in Australia and willingness to undergo a National Police Check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering fundraising appeals and campaigns.
• Maintain donor database, process donations and issue receipts.
• Support donor stewardship with thank‑you calls, letters and impact updates.
• Manage office operations including reception, phones, mail, filing and supplies.
• Respond to general enquiries from the public, supporters and partners.
• Provide admin support to Marketing and Fundraising Manager and team.
• Ensure digital and hard copies are well maintained and named.
