Job summary

Arts Centre Melbourne seeks a Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator to plan and deliver Annual Giving and public fundraising campaigns, attracting and retaining entry-level and mid-value supporters. You will coordinate campaign activities, donor communications, seat dedication initiatives, donation processing and reporting, while maintaining accurate donor records and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Qualification in fundraising, marketing, communications, business, arts administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience using CRM databases and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and proofread donor-facing communications.
• Strong customer service and supporter engagement skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
• Experience with Tessitura or a comparable CRM desirable.
• Experience supporting fundraising, marketing or customer engagement campaigns across print and digital channels desirable.
• Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check
