Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking compassionate domestic care workers to support elderly clients (65+) at home in Grenfell and nearby areas. Open to new or experienced candidates; casual contracts available with hours 8am–3pm, 6 hours a day, 7 days a week as needed.

Travel for training is required, and a 2-week Brilliant @ Basics induction is provided. Role focuses on helping with cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and general household tasks, delivering friendly, respectful companionship.

Qualifications

• Live in or near Grenfell with access to your own car (driving licence required).
• Experience in domestic assistance is preferred.

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Live in or near Grenfell including surrounding suburbs Warraderry and Bimbi,
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
• Has experience in domestic assistance
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 3pm, Monday to Sunday
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.
• Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

• Hourly Rate: $32.61-36.23 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
