Job summary

Talentpath Recruitment is seeking a detail‑driven Document Controller for Brisbane commercial projects. You will manage document control across live projects, uploading and tracking drawings, RFIs, submissions and transmittals to keep teams aligned.

You’ll maintain registers, ensure version control, and coordinate docs with consultants and subcontractors. Flexible hybrid work options exist, with a WFH day weekly depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller in construction (commercial preferred).
• Hands-on with Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder or similar.
• Strong file management and attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control across live projects from setup to close-out.
• Upload, issue and track drawings, RFIs, submissions, transmittals and project correspondence.
• Maintain registers and ensure version control.
• Coordinate consultant and subcontractor documentation and approvals.
• Assist audits and reporting as required.
• Support project close-out documentation and handover packs.
