Talentpath Recruitment is seeking a Document Controller to support a growing mining project delivery team. This 12-month fixed-term role involves managing project documentation, tracking revisions, and ensuring version control across multiple projects.

You'll work with stakeholders, use systems like Aconex, Adobe, Excel and M-Files, and have opportunities for professional development in a collaborative, respectful environment that values work-life balance and growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a document control role in mining/engineering/construction.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Willingness to learn new systems and terminology.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with systems such as Aconex, Adobe, Excel or Outlook is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation with version control.
• Track revisions and manage transmittals across multiple projects.
• Maintain version control and distribution of documents.
• Assist in maintaining system data, ideally with M-Files.
• Coordinate document flows with project stakeholders.
• Support project delivery teams with broader administrative duties.
• Support environments across mining, engineering or construction.
• Report to team leaders and collaborate with project managers.
