Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a document control professional in Perth to support Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) across large capital projects. You will manage project records, ensure compliance with documentation procedures, and assist with customer service, quality checks and closeout activities.

Ideal candidates have 5–12 years in document control, hands-on ECMS experience (Aconex preferred), and strong skills in SharePoint Online, Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or international equivalent; 5–12 years of document control experience.
• Experience in ECMS like Aconex is essential and recent.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online/OneDrive.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ECMS document management support, registering, distributing and archiving project records.
• Assist with customer service, updates, quality checks and project closeout activities.
• Troubleshoot access issues, including SSO and API-related tasks.
• Support migrations, upgrades and validation processes; train users as needed.
