Job summary

Eaton Group in Australia is seeking a Document Controller for Prefabrication & Integration PMO, based across Australia and New Zealand. You will own end-to-end administration of project deliverables, maintain master registers, and coordinate document workflows with internal teams, fabricators and clients.

The role requires strong experience with electronic document management systems (Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder, SharePoint), strict revision control and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Document Controller or similar in engineering/packaging projects.
• Experience with document governance, audits and revision control.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver document control services across all program packages per PMO model.
• Maintain master registers and version control across projects.
• Manage uploads, transmittals, and client submissions on Aconex/Procore/SharePoint.
• Lead compilation of Manufacturing Data Reports and closeout docs.
• Enforce revision control and ensure current drawings are accessible.
• Prepare status reports and audit-ready project files.
