Lycopodium Limited is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join the Perth-based team. The role reports to the Lead Document Controller and involves coordinating the document management system, logging and distributing project documents, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates will have EPCM experience, document control expertise, and familiarity with QDMS, ProjectWise or Aconex. A detail‑oriented, well‑organized professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in an EPCM environment with vendor data processing or design engineering.
• Previous document control experience is essential.
• Familiar with managing vendor data and regulatory standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the project's document management system.
• Upload, log, file and distribute project documentation accurately.
• Receive, record and issue controlled project documents timely.
• Ensure documents comply with company, client and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality expectations.
• Manage supplier deliverables and documentation per contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with project and document control team.
