Job summary

Eaton ANZ Electrical Systems in Australia seeks a Document Controller to support Prefabrication and Integration PMO. You will own end-to-end document control, registration, transmittals and submission of project deliverables across client systems throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires governance, master registers, audits and collaboration with project teams, fabricators and clients. Strong knowledge of EDM systems (Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder, SharePoint) and revision control is

Qualifications

• Three+ years as a Document Controller, Project Administrator or Records Specialist in engineering, electrical packaging or heavy construction.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering documentation and handover/MDR packages.
• Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems and client portals (Aconex, Procore, TeamBinder, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver document control services across all program packages per the PMO Delivery Model.
• Own document workflows, templates, transmittal formats and folder structures across project phases.
• Maintain master document registers and ensure status tracking and version control.
