Bechtel is seeking a Document Management Specialist to support ECMS across Perth-based projects. The role involves distributing, maintaining, and retrieving project records in line with company guidelines, and assisting with customer service, quality checks, and project closeout activities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience in document control, with proficiency in Aconex and Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Five years’ experience in document control, preferably with Aconex.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online or OneDrive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

Aufgaben

• Support ECMS like Aconex and InfoWorks and archival/retention systems.
• Register, control, distribute, transmit and archive project records.
• Assist end users and resolve access issues (SSO etc.).
• Handle API requirements and SQL database updates for integration data.
• Assist with migrations, upgrades, and validation processes.
• Provide training on work processes and tools.
• Interact with vendors and suppliers as needed.
