Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to oversee document control across our utility-scale PV and BESS projects from our Fortitude Valley office in Brisbane. You will ensure teams follow client requirements, INTEC standards and project procedures while driving consistency across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Document Control on construction/renewable projects.
• Proficient with SharePoint and Procore.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce document control procedures across projects.
• Ensure naming, revision, filing and submission compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to identify gaps and non-compliance.
• Provide training and support on document control best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and reporting.
