Job summary

Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking a highly organized Document Controller to join the Commercial, Performance & Risk team in Milton, Queensland. You will manage project documentation across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and version control, and collaborate with delivery teams, clients and partners.

This role offers flexible working arrangements with WFH options and travel to Mango Hill and other Northside/Sunshine Coast site locations as required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of document control experience.
• Experience with EDMS software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documentation across lifecycle.
• Ensure documents are accurate, accessible and version-controlled.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to meet requirements.
