Job summary

GR Engineering Services is seeking a Document Controller to join our growing team in Ascot, WA, Australia. You will oversee the maintenance and distribution of project deliverables and ensure records are stored accurately within our document management system.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in document control within an engineering consultancy, knowledge of QDMS, Aconex and InEight, and full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in document control in an engineering consultancy.
• Experience with vendor documents desirable.
• Proficient with electronic document management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project deliverables using the document management system.
• QA/QC checks to meet client and company standards.
• Ensure correct distribution per DRF and procedures.
• Provide support to project teams and generate status reports.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient information exchange.
