Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is delivering a transmission project in Metro Melbourne, and you will lead document control across drawings and records to ensure current revisions are used by engineering, construction, quality and safety teams. The role is hands-on, data-driven, and centered on accurate filing and distribution using TeamBinder.

You will report to the Quality Manager, audit your own work, and improve procedures while training the wider project team to maintain high standards of document control

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
• White Card (face to face) and current Rail Industry Worker card.
• Current driver licence and your own reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Desirable: TeamBinder and corporate environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Control project documents and records so teams work from current revisions.
• Number, title, file and distribute drawings and documents accurately in TeamBinder.
• Manage project correspondence using the designated mail and form types.
• Audit document control activities and report issues with solutions.
• Prepare regular document control reports for the project team.
• Train and support project team members in TeamBinder and document control.
• Support quality and completion management and project administration.
