Job summary

You will lead prospecting, build a robust pipeline, and promote ADP’s offerings at industry events, engaging with non-technical clients and delivering tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in business-to-business selling.
• Experience in a solution sales environment.
• Proven track record of identifying, hunting and closing new business.
• Able to explain complex systems to non-technical clients.
• Experience in developing proposals and quotes.
• Experience networking at industry events.
• Experience completing sales forecasting.
• Experience creating and delivering sales proposals and presentations.
• Sales scoping and qualification experience.
• Knowledge of sales channels and how to leverage those to build pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ADP’s product and service offerings through training sessions.
• Identify prospective clients and sales opportunities within your designated market segment (1-199 employees).
• Identify and harness additional sales opportunities by attending industry networking functions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales results and KPIs as set by ADP.
• Effectively manage the cold calling and tele-prospecting lifecycle.
• Be resilient and tenacious in pursuing sales opportunities.
• Record and manage all client contact and sales-related information in the CRM.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and capabilities.
