Job summary

Strata Title Lawyers, a leading strata and property law firm in Sydney CBD, seeks a Litigation Lawyer to join a collaborative team. Work on large, complex disputes with ownership of matters and direct client contact in a boutique environment.

You will handle strata, NCAT, construction and property disputes, with mentoring from experienced litigators and flexible hybrid working arrangements offered.

• 2-5 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution.

This is an opportunity to work on large, complex and interesting disputes, take ownership of your matters, and develop your expertise within a growing specialist practice. About the Role

You will work across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:

• Strata and community title disputes
• NCAT proceedings
• Building defects and construction disputes
• Property and contractual disputes
• Mediations, Alternative Dispute Resolution and strategic advice

You will have meaningful client contact, responsibility for your own matters, and the support of a highly experienced team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2-5 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
• A practical and commercial approach to legal problem-solving
• A commitment to providing outstanding client service
• A collaborative and professional attitude

Experience in strata law is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from lawyers with a strong litigation background who are looking to develop a specialist practice.
