Job summary

The Andersen Partnership seeks a Litigation Lawyer with 1–4 years PQE to join its growing team. The role focuses on strata litigation and related disputes, including matters before NCAT and the Supreme Court of NSW.

The Andersen Partnership has been exclusively instructed by a highly regarded boutique specialist law firm with more than 20 years’ experience in strata disputes and complex litigation.

The firm is looking to appoint a 1–4 year PQE Litigation Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with existing strata litigation experience, or a strong general litigation/dispute resolution background who is looking to develop a genuine specialisation in strata law.

The Opportunity

You will join a highly experienced and close-knit team working on a diverse range of complex and high-quality disputes, predominantly involving strata matters in NCAT and the Supreme Court of NSW.

The team is busy and at capacity with workflow, creating an immediate opportunity for an additional lawyer to join the practice.

About You

We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:

• 1–4 years PQE in litigation, dispute resolution or a related practice area
• Strata litigation experience, or a genuine interest in specialising in strata
• Experience managing matters with increasing levels of autonomy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop

Strata experience is highly desirable, but not essential. Strong general litigation or dispute resolution experience will be considered for the right lawyer who is keen to develop a specialist practice in strata.
