An opportunity is available for an experienced litigation Senior Associate to join a well-established Sydney disputes practice working across a broad mix of commercial and civil matters.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to matters from initial advice and dispute strategy through to negotiated resolution and court proceedings. You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers while having the opportunity to take ownership of files, develop direct client relationships and build your capability across a varied disputes practice.
The position offers a good balance of autonomy and support, with genuine scope to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.
Your work may include:
You will be an admitted lawyer (2 - 6 PQE) with solid litigation experience and the confidence to take an active role in managing matters.
Ideally, you will bring:
Experience across areas such as commercial disputes, insolvency, construction, insurance or property-related litigation would be advantageous, although lawyers from broader disputes backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
