Job summary

The Andersen Partnership is seeking a 1–4 year PQE Litigation Lawyer with strata litigation experience or a strong general litigation background to join its boutique practice in Sydney. You will work on complex disputes in strata matters within NCAT and the NSW Supreme Court, joining a close-knit, experienced team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years PQE in litigation, dispute resolution or related area
• Strata litigation experience or genuine interest in specialising in strata
• Experience managing matters with increasing levels of autonomy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Strata experience is highly desirable but not essential; strong general litigation may be considered

Responsibilities

• Join a highly experienced team handling complex and high‑quality disputes, predominantly strata matters
• Work on matters in NCAT and the Supreme Court of NSW
• Develop a specialist practice in strata litigation
