Job summary

Tier One Recruitment partners with a leading Parramatta litigation team to hire a Senior Litigation Lawyer. You will manage complex commercial, equity and construction disputes with a high degree of autonomy.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years PAE.
• Building and construction disputes experience highly regarded.

We're looking for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join a growing Litigation & Dispute Resolution team based in Parramatta.

This role suits a lawyer with strong general litigation experience who can run matters with a high degree of autonomy and is looking to take on larger, more complex disputes in a collaborative environment.

The team handles a broad range of matters across commercial litigation, equity disputes, building and construction disputes, regulatory matters and general litigation. Current matters include high-value, complex disputes involving significant discovery processes and multiple stakeholders.

The Role

• Manage litigation matters from commencement through to resolution


• Run commercial, equity, construction and general litigation files


• Appear in court, mediations and negotiations


• Draft pleadings, submissions, affidavits and legal advice


• Work closely with senior lawyers and leadership across complex matters


• Assist in mentoring and developing junior lawyers as the team continues to grow

What They're Looking For
