Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in scheduling/dispatch or same-day delivery environments.
• Strong ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Solutions-focused mindset with strong planning skills.
• Confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
• Team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate under pressure.
• Solid systems experience, including Excel and quick learning of new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily schedules for a large team of field technicians.
• Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
• Act as the central point of coordination between field staff and office teams.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time to handle delays or changes.
• Work with a team of coordinators to maintain strong service delivery.
• Manage rebooking and job changes while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
• Work closely with the team to ensure daily workflow runs on time and to standard.
