Job summary

Ventia based out of our Cavan depot in Adelaide's northern suburbs is seeking a capable project administrator to join a supportive crew delivering gas infrastructure works across the region.

You will coordinate planning, stakeholder engagement and contractor management to achieve project objectives within budget and schedule, with Ventia offering structured training and development opportunities for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume email correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients, builders and internal stakeholders.
• Solid administration experience with proficient MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project inboxes, ensure inquiries are actioned and tracked.
• Coordinate and manage distribution of work for site inspections.
• Coordinate and manage BYD requests and reviews for inspections.
• Allocate reinstatement work orders to subcontractors within deadlines.
• Provide backup and support to the Operations team as required.

The Role

Based out of our Cavan depot, you will join a supportive and inclusive crew delivering gas infrastructure works across Adelaide's northern suburbs. The role ensures effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management to achieve project objectives within budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate stakeholder communications and support the efficient delivery of project and operational activities.

• Monitor and manage high-volume communications received via the project inbox, ensuring enquiries from builders, clients, and stakeholders are actioned efficiently, tracked to completion, and escalated appropriately.
• Coordinate and manage the distribution of work for site inspections.
• Coordinate and manage Before You Dig (BYD) requests and reviews in line with inspection works allocated.
• Manage the allocation of reinstatement work orders to subcontractors within required timeframes.
• Provide backup and support to the Operations team as required.
