Job summary

Food FX Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Administrator to join our Finished Goods Warehouse & Distribution team on a full-time basis. Based in Thomastown VIC 3074, this role coordinates dispatch activities and ensures accurate records for timely order fulfilment and delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in a dispatch, warehouse administration or similar logistics role, ideally in food/FMCG.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage dispatch of goods with accurate order picking and loading procedures.
Process dispatch documentation and maintain comprehensive shipment records.
Liaise with warehouse teams, drivers and customers to confirm delivery schedules and queries.
Monitor inventory levels and flag stock shortages or discrepancies.
Prepare delivery dockets, bills of lading and other shipping documentation.
Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates and proof of delivery.
