Qualifications

• Previous background in dispatch, allocation, or scheduling with customer service (40/60 mix).
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Excel; quick to learn dispatch systems.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders including drivers and site engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage morning order inflows, review site inventory, and match supply with customer demand.
• Live-allocate fleet vehicles, calculate load times and transit routes to keep deliveries on track.
• Build positive relationships on the phone with site engineers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maximise truck utilisation to balance service with cost-effective operations.
• Navigate real-time delivery changes with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
