Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a market-leading building materials and logistics company in Norwest to recruit a Customer Service Scheduler. The role blends live dispatch with customer engagement to ensure trucks reach sites safely and on time.

The 3-month temp contract offers a pathway to permanency, with hybrid flexibility and onsite parking. Salary is $38.89/hr plus super and occasional OT, with standard Monday–Friday hours and rotating weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, allocation, or scheduling paired with customer service (40/60 mix).
• Comfortable with G-Suite and Excel; quick to learn dispatch software.
• Calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage morning order inflows, review site inventory, and match supply with demand.
• Live-allocate fleet vehicles and calculate load times for on-time deliveries.
• Build positive relationships with site engineers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maximise truck utilisation while balancing service quality and costs.
• Navigate real-time delivery changes with a solutions-focused mindset.
