Job summary

Randstad Partnering with a market-leading building materials and logistics company in Norwest is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Scheduler. You will be the heartbeat of day-to-day dispatch operations, blending live scheduling with customer care to ensure on-time deliveries.

You’ll work with a small team, enjoy hybrid flexibility when permanent, and benefit from a friendly onboarding and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, allocation, or scheduling with a customer service blend (40/60).
• Comfortable with G-Suite/Excel and quick to pick up specialised dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage morning order inflows, review site inventory, and match supply with demand.
• Live-allocate fleet vehicles and calculate load times to keep deliveries on track.
• Build positive relationships with site engineers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maximise truck utilisation while balancing service and cost efficiency.
• Navigate real-time delivery changes with a solutions-focused approach.
