Randstad in Kemps Creek is recruiting a hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to join a fast-paced transport and logistics team. You will coordinate deliveries, schedule drivers, and communicate with customers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have previous dispatch or transport coordination experience, a proactive, solution-focused mindset, and a customer-focused approach. This full-time role offers weekday hours with occasional early starts based in Kemps Creek.

Your New Company Join a highly regarded transport and logistics team operating in Kemps Creek Site. Our client is known for efficiency, reliability, and excellent service. This business thrives on collaboration and innovation, ensuring smooth operations every day. They are now seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinators to join their growing team in Kemps Creek , playing a key part in keeping operations running like clockwork. Mon-Friday 6am-2pm (with a flexible start time at 4am when needed).

Your New Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced Dispatch Coordinator role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and working with people. You'll coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely deliveries
• Monitor and manage transport schedules to meet customer requirements
• Communicate with customers and internal teams/drivers regarding deliveries
• Handle queries, changes, and exceptions efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations

About You

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, Scheduler, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Logistics Coordinator
• Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset
