Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Despatch Coordinator for a casual role based in Truganina, VIC. The role involves coordinating outbound deliveries across Metro, Regional, Interstate, and International locations, ensuring on-time dispatch while supporting warehouse and transport operations.

You will liaise with transport providers, drivers, and internal teams, manage daily dispatch activities, and handle shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence and forklift experience.
• Current Full Driver Licence.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, transport coordination, or distribution.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS practices.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
• Knowledge of Melbourne and Victorian suburbs and transport routes.
• Flexible and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound orders and deliveries across Metro, Regional, Interstate, and International locations.

• Willingness to assist with driving duties when required.
