Job summary

Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist people with disabilities to live independently in the Penrith area. You will support goals, provide community-based services, and travel to nearby Katoomba for shifts.

About the role…

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Worker to join our growing Penrith team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer‑centric role, you’ll work with a wide range of customers.

As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.
