This role is a Full-time position, based in Penrith, Western Sydney with frequent travel required between Campbelltown, Penrith and Hornsby. This wonderful opportunity is for someone who is passionate about community support, who enjoys guiding and developing others, and who has a genuine interest to partner with, and learn from experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders.
This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have had leadership experience in an NDIS program at a minimum, and looking to expand their knowledge and expertise. Your leadership foundations are solid in the areas of staff development and customer service, and you are a knowledgeable go‑to person in the NDIS space. Candidates in a 2ic position or who have had the opportunity to act in a leadership role previously are encouraged to apply.
