Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a casual Disability Support Worker for the Charlestown, NSW site. The role comprises 36.5hrs weekly, with open availability, including active night shifts, personal care, rotating rosters, short shifts and regular weekend work.
You may drive a pool car or use your own vehicle to transport participants. You will support participants in home and community activities, assist with meals, transport, and reporting while helping promote independence,

We’re seeking a casual team member for our Charlestown site; 36.5hrs weekly, with open availability.
