Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is hiring a full-time Employment Support Worker in Bankstown to help clients gain employment and access the community.

You will work both on-site at our Bankstown office and in the community, delivering individual and group supports, building employer connections, and helping clients achieve meaningful employment and lasting skills in real-world settings.

About the role…

Full time Employment Support worker

We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Full time Employment Support Worker to join our team in Bankstown. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, building meaningful connections, and supporting clients to gain employment as well as access the community.

We're looking for someone who can be available 5 days per week:

• 5 days: 8hr days (8-4pm) or (9-5pm)

You’ll work both on-site in our Bankstown office and out in the community, supporting clients in individual and group settings. Mostly working with clients to build employer connections and assist clients to gain meaningful employment as well as build skills necessary for them to maintain employment.

While full training will be provided, we're seeking someone who brings strong transferable skills, such as:

Experience working with people and managing multiple tasks in a busy environment will be highly valued.

Essential Criteria:

• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
