This role is a Full-time position, based in Penrith, Western Sydney with frequent travel required between Campbelltown, Penrith and Hornsby.

It is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in the areas Individualised Support and group (predominantly capacity‑building).
This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates who have had leadership experience in an NDIS program at a minimum, and looking to expand their knowledge and expertise. Your leadership foundations are solid in the areas of staff development and customer service, and you are a knowledgeable go‑to person in the NDIS space.
