Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to join our team in Ipswich and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently and participate in daily activities.

No two days are the same as you assist with meals, mobility, appointments, and community activities. Applicants should have a passion for helping others, good communication, and current First Aid/CPR, Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; we value compassionate, hands-on care.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication are essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks to support independence.
• Help people access the community and attend appointments.
• Provide medication support and mobility assistance as needed.

• Pay based on experience up to $47 per hour

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Ipswich and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
