Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is hiring casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Townsville and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently and participate in daily activities, meals, mobility support, appointments, and community outings.

No experience required as paid training is provided; we welcome applicants with a passion for helping others and a commitment to great customer service. Flexible rosters available to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and delivering great customer service.
• Willing to obtain or hold First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Driver's license and/or reliable transport.
• Ability to work early mornings and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• This could include: helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks; supporting community participation; attending appointments or social activities; medication support; mobility assistance.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Townsville and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
