Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Disability Support Workers to assist clients in Caboolture and surrounding areas. You’ll help people live independently, support daily tasks, and enable participation in the community. Training is provided and there are ample opportunities for career growth.

Shifts vary across mornings and rosters, with a focus on person-centred care and respect. Prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and delivering great service.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (assistance available).
• Driver’s licence or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently and do what matters to them.
• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Help people get out into the community and attend appointments/social activities.
• Provide medication support as required.
• Assist with mobility (including hoists where needed).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Caboolture and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
