Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Aged Care Support Workers in Ipswich and surrounding areas. You’ll help clients live independently, assist with daily tasks, meals, mobility, and community activities. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for career growth.

Shifts vary, and you will be rostered to suit availability. We offer award-rate pay, and part-time salary packaging options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication skills.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can assist).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll support people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support someone to get out into the community.
• Attend appointments or social activities.
• Medication support.
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Ipswich and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
