Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Ayr is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to help people live independently with compassionate care. Earn up to an hourly rate that reflects experience and join a supportive team dedicated to person-centred outcomes.

No experience is required to get started, and paid training plus career growth are offered. Flex shifts and roster planning are built around availability.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required to get started.
• Passion for helping others and delivering great care.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check available with assistance.
• Driver’s license and/or reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Ayr and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
