Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers to help people live independently in Redcliffe and surrounding suburbs. You’ll be part of a patient, person-centred team and have the opportunity to grow across roles while working under award conditions.

We offer paid training, ongoing development, and flexibility to build a roster that suits your availability. Pay is based on experience, up to $47 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and delivering great customer service.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check required (assistance available to obtain).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.
• Strong listening and respectful communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support independence and community participation.
• Attend appointments or social activities with clients.
• Provide medication support as needed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers (incl. hoists).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Redcliffe and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
