Job summary

CPL Corporation is seeking casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Capalaba and surrounding suburbs. You’ll help people live independently and do the things that matter to them, with shifts across mornings and various times to suit availability.

We offer award conditions, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. CPL supports Blue Card and NDIS checks, with travel-friendly requirements and a focus on person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Shows passion for helping others and delivering quality service.
• Excellent listening and respectful communication skills.
• Willing to obtain First Aid & CPR certificates (or currently certified).
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check are supported by CPL.

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks.
• Support someone to participate in community activities.
• Attend appointments or social activities on behalf of the client.
• Provide medication support as needed.
• Assist with mobility (including hoists where required).

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Capalaba and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
