Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Capalaba, Queensland is seeking casual and permanent part‑time Support Workers to join our team across Capalaba and surrounding suburbs.

No two days are the same — you’ll help people live independently, assist with meals, mobility, and community activities, and support daily tasks. We welcome entry to skilled applicants with paid training and a supportive, person‑centred workplace.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and strong customer service.
• CurrentFirst Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (assistance available).
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part‑time Support Workers in Capalaba and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

• Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)
