Job summary

CPL - Choice, Passion, Life is seeking Disability Support Workers in Logan Central and surrounding areas. We offer casual and permanent part-time roles with a pay rate up to $47 per hour based on experience. Training is provided and no experience is needed to get started. Join a supportive team focused on helping people live independently.

Shifts include mornings and varied rosters; applicants with a passion for people and strong service skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping people and delivering great outcomes.
• Excellent customer service and strong listening skills are essential.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates or willing to obtain them.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check required; we can assist with obtaining them.
• Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help with meals, cleaning and daily tasks to support independence.
• Assist clients to participate in community activities and appointments.
• Provide medication support where required and assist with mobility as needed.

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Logan Central and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)
