Job summary

• Demonstrate confidence, awareness and calm under pressure when working with participants with complex needs.
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally in the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred supports across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions.
• Provide a mix of community access, in home supports, SIL shifts and respite/overnight supports.
• Complete clear shift notes and incident reports; use ShiftCare for rostering/communication.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families.
• Support participants to achieve individual goals and maintain safety and wellbeing.
