Job summary

Coastlink on the Central Coast seeks dedicated disability and aged care support staff to assist a male client across home and community settings. You’ll work across day, evening and overnight shifts in a 7-day roster, fostering independence and skills while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care (or be studying), with First Aid and a valid driver’s licence. A positive, respectful attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care or working towards it.
• Current First Aid certificate and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community support to a male client across 7 days.
• Work across day, evening and overnight shifts as rostered.
• Support independence, safety, and skill development for client and carers.
• Maintain professional Coastlink representation and documentation.
