Job summary

Achieve Australia is a large NFP providing disability services in New South Wales. We are seeking a Service Coordinator reporting to the Service Manager to lead practice at service level and support staff and clients to meet plan goals.

You will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and foster an empowering environment that enables active support and client outcomes, while ensuring compliance with policies and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of NDIS and active support principles.
• Experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes.
• Proficient MS Office and online systems.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS check.
• Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, engaging environment for clients and staff.
• Plan and adapt client activities to promote creativity, skill development and social interaction.
• Provide supervision, role-modeling and coaching for staff.
• Contribute to budgets, rosters, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and reporting.
