Job summary

Achieve Australia is seeking a Service Coordinator to lead daily service operations, support clients, and model best practice under the Service Manager.

You will oversee client plans, staff supervision, rostering, and budgeting, ensuring safety, inclusion, and adherence to NDIS standards.

This role requires NSW driver license, Working with Children Check, NDIS checks, and Cert IV or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Understanding of NDIS and active-support principles.
• Experience supervising staff and achieving client outcomes.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check, NDIS check and consent to Working with Children.
• Relevant qualifications (minimum Cert IV) or equivalent experience in disability support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of services to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and adapt client activities that promote development and social interaction.
• Provide supervision, coaching and on-the-ground support for staff.
• Assist with budget setting and rostering, monitor costs and service viability.
• Act as on-site contact and promote continuous improvement and client safeguarding.
