Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day site operations to achieve client outcomes, quality, staff and financial targets
• Manage budgets, rostering and SIL funding to deliver sustainable services
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, incident management and risk oversight
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families and stakeholders
• Lead, develop and manage staff including recruitment, onboarding, performance and engagement
• Oversee WHS, property maintenance and participation in on-call roster
