SACARE is seeking a dedicated Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator to support community-based clients in the Broadview area. This full-time role, based in SA, involves coordinating services, maintaining records, and working with a network of Disability Support Workers to ensure client needs are met.

You will engage with diverse stakeholders, require a current driver's license, and comply with DHS/NDIS checks. The position is a 6-month contract with potential extensions, with travel to meet clients

Competenze

• Experience in scheduling roles and allocations.
• Knowledge of Disability sector standards (NDIS/DHS).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Schedule and coordinate support services for community clients.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Disability Support Workers.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
• Escalate service delivery issues to appropriate bodies when needed.
• Collaborate to advocate for clients and ensure needs are met.
• Perform daily administrative and data-entry tasks as directed.
