Job summary

Sacare | OnCall Group Australia in Broadview, SA is hiring a full-time Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator on a 6‑month contract with potential extension. You will schedule community-based care, and build partnerships with Disability Support Workers while maintaining confidential client records.

This role requires scheduling experience, knowledge of NDIS/DHS standards, and a current driver’s license with Working with Children/NDIS checks.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience is essential.
• Experience in a scheduling environment with accurate allocations.
• Experience in Disability or Community Services sector with knowledge of NDIS/DHS standards.
• Understanding of Disability-related legislation, policy and SOPs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at varying levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with initiative and problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse backgrounds.
• Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence.
• DHS Working with Children’s & NDIS Workers Check mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and facilitating support services to community-based clients.
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with Disability Support Workers.
• Maintaining confidential client documentation and records.
• Escalating issues related to service delivery to clinical/management bodies.
• Collaboratively solving problems to advocate for clients’ needs.
• Daily administrative, data-entry and supportive functions as directed by the Line Manager.
