Job summary

SACARE in South Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to support clients in Supported Accommodation facilities in Kingswood on a 24/7 roster. The role focuses on delivering client-centred care, coordinating with the care team and monitoring medical needs.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, be willing to obtain checks, and have essential certifications; experience in ventilator/PEG management highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered AHPRA registration is required.
• Advanced Life Support is highly desirable.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Advanced Life Support Certificate.
• Current Manual Handling Certificate.
• Current unrestricted Driver's License.
• Current NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• Understanding of Ventilator, Tracheostomy and PEG management is highly desirable.
• Experience working with individuals with a disability.
• Emergency Department and intensive care experience is highly desirable.

About The Role

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse's to work across a 24/7 roster. The role will focus on providing support to clients residing in our Supported Accommodation Facilities located in Kingswood.

The Minimum Requirements

• Current unencumbered AHPRA registration
• Advanced Life Support- highly desirable
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Advanced Life Support Certificate

• Current NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain

Only Registered Nurses' with current APRHA registration will be considered for this position.
